Unlike everyone else here I am going to try not to give you the kneejerk response "are you fucking crazy" although that is the response a post like yours is likely to elicit.
There is a huge difference between looking for a provider who is "420 friendly" and looking for a crack whore or someone to mainline with you. and of course you could be talking something in between.
If you want to shoot up, I not only can't help you, but I won't, but if you are looking to do something less extreme I would suggest you start by looking for one of the many women who advertise as "420 friendly) book a session with her and then "in person" once you have established that neither of you are LE you might broach the subject about what else she might be open to.
Just remember, you don't want to parlay a misdemeanor solicitation charge into a full blown felony that will land you in prison, and neither do any of the women here, even the ones who might be open to "partying" with you. You most definitely do NOT want to be doing drugs with a hooker too dumb to look out for herself as when she invariably gets busted who do you think she is going to flip on first?
I have done enough drugs over the years to last me a dozen lifetimes, so I am not a prude, nor am I judgmental on the subject, I am a pragmatist however and going to prison is WAY down on my bucket list, overtly asking random hookers to do "hard drugs" (sorry, I can't think of a better term) is a way to both get yourself on innumerable DNS lists, but getting thrown in jail, while not a certainty, becomes VERY likely as cops LOVE to make drug busts.
