I saw my first and only provider last March (only one visit). I had not seen anyone since then but decided I would start looking for a new encounter in January. I called my original provider and told her who I was and asked if she would be a reference for me. She said she would be my reference since I treated her nice and with respect. I've contacted two providers since January and given them all of the information providers on this board say they are looking for (both were very well reviewed so I trusted them with my info)and mentioned my reference but never got a call back.

My question to providers is what makes you decide that you shouldn't call someone back when they give you all of their info? Is it that I give too much info right away? Could there be someone else in Minnesota with my same name that has a bad reputation? (My name is pretty common)

I don't understand what I am doing wrong. It would still be nice to have them call me and be honest and tell me they won't see me even if they just get a bad vibe or that they just aren't newbie friendly. I respect that. But if I get the call at least I know for sure I need to move on.

Any advice you can give me would be helpful.

You may or may not have done anything wrong... I would say, though, that one visit from March to January, and then asking her for a referral is asking a bit much. IMO. Not even sure how she remembered you after one visit in 11 months.

Some providers are wonderful ladies and non-territorial. Some may want to "pee on you" to mark you as theirs. Then there are a whole lotta providers in between.

In general, I have had very good luck, and my "bad" experiences were ones that were my mistakes in choosing the provider.

You might try to set up some appointments without the reference to see what happens.

send specific date and times when you want to meet.

You'll find ladies that want your business.

I have never given a referance and have never been turned down. Read the reviews. Have fun. Be nice be safe.

I've had similar issues with return phone calls or e-mails.  I think it's just the nature of the hobby.  Lots of messages are getting left, some will get dropped.  I think the advice to just keep moving on is good.  If you really want to see someone, try a 2nd message.

When I called my last provider, I described myself to her and she remembered me. She was a very part-time provider so I think that helped out on her remembering me.

I became a VIP yesterday and did some more review hunting and found a provider I wanted to see. She took a chance on me and we had a great experience this morning. After this morning, I'm actually glad the other providers didn't call me back or I could have missed out on the provider I saw this morning.

Well, I wrote the review Sunday and it was just approved. I just read my review and noticed that my spelling was terrible. Oh well, I can't help that my blood was being redirected away from my brain as I kept going over the details of the experience to write the review.
