This is TER's way of making sure that putting up a review takes some effort on the reviewer part.

To make sure that the gal you want reviewed has your review added to her profile, be sure that her email and/or phone number match those in the existing profile.

If you follow the review guidelines, your review will be added to her profile.  All you have to do is write the review, following the rules.  It ain't rocked science, ya know....

How do you add an additional review for a specific provider that already has several reviews?

Not sure, I think when the mods see the new review, they will try to find a match.  Of course, it may help (if that's how they do it) to post the link to the provider's TER page so they can find it faster.

Could be wrong, if so, hopefully someone will answer who knows more than I.

No, there isn't an AUTOMATIC way to add a review to a specific TER Profile.  And the review reviewers are making more and more mistakes, creating multiple profiles for one person, adding a review for one person to someone else with the same name.

I've taken to adding a TER Profile number to my Intros. "This is a review of Her_Name, TER ID ######." If there is no Profile that I can find, I say something like, "This is a review of Her_Name who is new and does not yet have a TER ID."

Unless your question was about something else?

For some reason I thought you could piggy back on a previous review.  I didn't know that you needed to fill out an entirely new review form if the provider has a prior review.

even though any corrected or updated information is completely ignored. The profile submitted by the provider's first reviewer remains in place until someone submits what TER calls a Problem Report. None of this is explained anywhere in the site's instructions and FAQs.

Actually I just sent the mods a message asking for the application for the iphone in order to directly link my reviews to my profile. I just read about this a second ago I was so confused as well then I read this info along with the twitter app on the front page of this site. I have to say I was like YAY!!!! thank stars I wouldve thought I really was dropped hard on my head at birth I really thought I was missing a big clue about this as well. Maybe the apps will help to straighten it out and be more direct about linking reviews to providers etc Hope this helps cheers! Jacks

They guys at TER make so many mistakes, even with email, links and phone numbers that I recommend that reviewers include the correct Profile # in the text of their general description.  That way, even if it ends up on the wrong provider's list, anyone reading it will know who it is really about.

(If it's someone new with no reviews, mention that, too, so they know to create a new profile or at least look for very recent profiles.)
