HI, everyone.

I am new here. I would appreciate if anyone can give me some advice. I really feel a bit uncomfortable to give out my employment related info. Is there any other way to do the screening?  I have another friend who's a virgin and hesitated to try providers, he asked me to ask you guys if any recommendations here if some providers are pretty open to shy type of guys like him? I told him it is totally okay to blow the cherry, but he's really nervous about the first time.

I would not see anyone who (1) is a virgin, because I have an age limit of 45+ ; (2) cannot screen properly in lieu of very solid references.  

I certainly empathize with you feeling nervous about giving out your personal information, but can you see it from our side of the equation? You have no experience, no one to vouch for you, so you're asking a lady to toss caution to the wind and just trust the sky that you're a safe and decent person for her to meet. I cannot do that. You'll be hard pressed to find any lady of good reputation to do that. It's too risky.  

Your best bet is to meet someone whom you feel you can trust. A lot of people insist that any lady must have a profile here on TER, but there are other ladies who have credible (ie professional) websites, and some of them have blogs that go back in time, which indicates an online presence in which she's got time, money and effort invested.  

I think that one question you should ask yourself once you find a lady whose profile interests you (whether she is reviewed or not) is this: how easy would it be for that lady to disappear and recreate herself and make it worth her while?  

Ladies who have invested money, time and creativity in their websites and photos don't have an interest in destroying that investment by outing you or showing you a bad time. It just doesn't make sense.  

True, many ladies also have extensive history on this site, indicating that they've got plenty to lose as well by going rogue on someone. But again, ask yourself that question: how easy it would it be for her to treat you badly, disappear, and then come back without losing anything.  

In some ways, this is a self-correcting world. If a lady is not trustworthy, people are going to talk, her reputation will catch up with her, and she will lose her investment in herself. Most of us are not willing to do that.  

If you take a chance on someone with a cheap and poorly put together website, no real history, and willing to see you based only upon your good word, well, that's a scenario to fear. She's got nothing to lose? Beware.  

Everyone starts out a newbie, you guys as well the ladies. Once you get your feet wet, you'll see there's a steep learning curve, and you'll get a feel for these things.  

I think for now, your best bet is to find a lady whom you feel you can trust, one who appears to have plenty to lose if she were to be less than professional with you.  

You can try to set up an account with P411 or Date Check, or Room Service, but if you've not got references even there, most ladies are going to require your personal information anyway. And you will be required to give them your personal information too.

and it is possible.  But you do have to give up some personal information.  

There are providers who will teach a vigin or near virgin the ropes.  I would suggest a provider in the MILF catagory...  near 30.  Young enough to be hot.  Experienced enough to be patient.  I would also say that the virgin should be open to being taught.  Realizing that we are all individuals (on both sides) & there is a certain commonality with the female of the species...  there are also differences & preferances & I find it useful to let my partner guide me.   Not every provider would want to.  
Even though it is a paid encounter, it should still be special.  In such a circumstance...  one must keep a tight reigh on the emotions...  the post coital hormones will be surging & it is very easy to 'fall for' your provider.

Both P411 and RS2K are wonderful verification tools.  Date-Check is an option too, I'm just not a big user or fan of that site but I know it is a very popular option for many people. Unfortunately this pleasurable industry is a risk /reward package.   You can't expect to gain entrance and indulge without some level of screening (name, employer, references etc).  If you are planning on seeing gals who don't screen then you are setting yourself up for a real disaster.  The more a companion values her security and time, the more you will have to provide for screening.  Keep in mind that once you gain some well -known references with great TER presence and general online footprints then it starts to get much easier.  It will be like a snowball rolling downhill and your screening will gain its own momentum.  There are some fellows I might not have seen except for their 5-star references and the fact that I know them and had comfort in the lady's word that he was a gentleman.

Not every provider uses employment info in their screening. I am newbie friendly, but like the ones before me said, you do have to be willing to give out some personal information. It's for our safety and it should make you feel more comfortable that the provider is legitimate. Good luck to your friend

I'm new to the area and haven't had a review yet which is frustrating. I was a provider 5 years ago in a smaller town that didn't rely on reviews. So this is very different for me.  I have only been advertising for a week, so hoping things change soon Thank you!
