I am really wanting to see a local provider, she has no rates listed on the ad nor her website.  She does offer many different services- ie fetish.  I had emailed giving her brief info of myself. I talked to her by phone couple days later, which was on the awckward side since I am new.  She never returned the call after she said she'd call back, but did reply to the email the next day apologizing and said to call her.

She has 4 excellent reviews here...3 from the past few months, 1 from a couple years ago.  It does list a rate...should I assume and go by that?  Can I safely state what I am looking for  (being vague enough) by phone?  Do I just let her handle it at the outcall location?I do not wish to scare her off, any opinions would be welcome.
