Not sure you should advertise how much you are willing to pay...everyone here expects you to be willing to pay something...but the going rate here for quality ladies is quite a bit less for $1500 p/h...why throw out there how much you are willing to spend?  just seems very odd to me.

willing to pay 1500 p/h for quality but do not have references / connections b/c just moved here.. any advice on how to contact a good agency w/o getting shot down? dont want to deal with independents b/c of flakiness factor..

See that tab at the top of the screen that says "review"?  Click it, and enter the parameters and attributes you desire.  If you are a VIP, you can even search based on a minimum fee, if you are bound and determined to spend more money than you have too.

Just some advice from a guy who has been around awhile - I'm a bit concerned by your flaky independent comment.  I've been with both agency gals and independents, and support both business models.  However, the flaky providers I have seen are about evenly split.

Sounds weird to me as well...like an L.E. trick.... elevated prices to attract girls/ladies who do not pay attention to detail... my mother always told me all money is not good money... I value you my safety first, it cannot be replaced.
