Hi I have my first appointment! The lady I am seeing does bbbj but I want to request having it covered. Is this ok or will she be offended? Also to the providers out there do you guys mind if a guy wants to DATY with a dental dam or barrier?

Most ladies will oblige, though some don't like the taste of latex. You'll probably have to bring your own dam though. That can be as simple as a piece of plastic wrap.
Okay, back after having seen the dictionary on here. DATY sounds just fine to me. But, would you be a doll and tell me what is a dental dam or barrier is? I couldn't find any definitions to that. Still have a lot to learn.
If you are getting into this trade and didn't know what DATY was without looking it up, then you better read everything you can on the newbie manual as well as all the other important info.
