I read a review that said while this person was at an Asian massage parlor, it was the "two pay system". Any body know what that means?

You pay a fee to get in, and then if you want full service you pay again inside.  That's what I've known it as.

The first fee pays for a massage in a private room for a certain period of time (usually 30 minutes or a full hour).  Typically this money goes exclusively to the parlor.  

The second fee is what you pay the girl for any 'additional service', which could be as innocent as a tip for a good massage to whatever else may go on between two consenting adults behind  closed doors.  Usually this money is kept by the girl.   --z
