I submitted myself to Lourdes because that would be the perfect UTR solution for me but may not be their "type" since I haven't been in any films.

You want to work for an agency that is legit, treat it's staff well and allow you flexibility of work hours. I give similar advice that I give a gent that is looking for an agency escort. Good agencies have ~ 100% of their staff scoring well for reviews on reputable escort review sites. Look in escort malls, pick out agency ads that strike your fancy. Run their full phone number through TER search. Read details of every review that pop up for an agency. The key item to look for is how the ladies present themselves. Are they classy or otherwise? Are they well groomed? Were the receptionists at the agency knowlegeable, efficient and courteous to the clients. Once an agency passes your screen, contact their employment number (most have them), introduce yourself and what your interests are. Point out that you want to escort UTR. If an agency that you covet is interested, set up an interview. I can't over emphasize, all ladies from your preferred agencies must have strong reviews, this implies a solid, honest agency behind them. The way that the agency deals with clients and it's ladies will be the way it deals with you.
