Peruse through the top labels, an index. Also check out the newbie site on TER. And, unfortunately, it sometimes does take looking through hundreds of reviews(well, not 100's, but a lot). As far as p411 is concerned....IMHO, your best avenue as a newbie to meet a well-reviewed lady.
Dude, you're going to have to give out some personal information to a provider who is smart enough to screen you. Trust me, you want your provider to screen you. This makes her feel comfortable with you to make sure you are not LE, or worse, someone who could be potentially violent to her. When you give her a minimal amount of screening info (full name, employer, age, race, work number) she will google the shit out of you to make sure you are legit. If she has to call your employer, she will probably call your HR department and verify you work there for employment verification for a car loan or mortgage or apartment rental.
Personally, I use datecheck (date-check.com) for my screening info. When you register with p411 or datecheck you will be given an ID. You have to pass their screening process to get an ID. When I registered with datecheck I did have to give my social security number. After you pass their screening process, this information is supposedly destroyed.
If your not willing to be screened then the only providers you will be able to see are low-rent girls off backpage which is bait and switch most of the time. Worse you could walk into an LE sting or robbed or even worse, murdered. I learned this the hard way. I went and saw a backpage girl and five minutes into the session her fucking ghetto pimp came in for his money. This is why I only stick with high-end providers who screen. I do not want you to go through this experience.
Matter of fact, I saw a provider yesterday that I have never seen before. She explained that she was very tight with her screening. I told that I had a date-check ID and she said text it to me and I'll get back with you." She called me back 5 minutes later and said come on over.
After we finished our session and we're getting dressed she asked if I wanted to see what my providers said about me on datecheck. She pulled my ID up and I have 4 recommendations from providers that had classified me as "Highly Recommended". Highly Recommended is the highest rating that a provider can give you with regards to how you conducted yourself in the appointment. Be a gentleman, have fresh hygiene and minty-fresh breath, handle the donation properly and respect her boundaries and you will have no problem getting this rating. This provider told me that 99% of high-end providers will be happy with just a date-check verification.
Get a datecheck or p411 ID. It's the best and pretty much essential thing to have in this hobby.
