You have very little to worry about inre to a LE sting that just waits for "johns" to arrive.

If anything like this ever happens to you, the best course of action is to be polite, don't lie, but under no circumstances admit to any criminal behavior. Unless one or both of you loses their mind and starts confessing, there is nothing legally they can do to you.

The only stings that you have to worry about are the ones where one of the two participants is LE or is working with LE. In that case, you're screwed. Best bet in that case is to exercise your right to STFU and call the best attorney you can afford. Just remember you can almost never talk your way out of jail, but you can certainly talk your way "into" jail.

First of all...

a well-reviewed lady didn't get that way by being careless or stupid...

Secondly,
The chances of her being 'monitored' are slim if she is using a hotel incall and varies her locations.

The danger is much higher if she is using a static incall location for months at a time. (Which I have done in the past, and will NEVER do again!) Still, if she is careful with screening and scheduling... Problems are unlikely.


Thirdly,
Having a TER account or any kind of an account does not give LE access to our location! That is too funny... Smart ladies advertise across several jurisdictions, and move around to not arouse suspicion.

Fourthly,
How would LE install a WIRETAP in her room? Seriously? Just think about this... There is no way to know WHICH room a POTENTIAL lady of the night MIGHT check in to... Every room in the place would have to be tapped OR she would have to be in cahoots with them. (I am pretty sure the first is against our constitutional rights, and the second.. well unlikely again if she is well-reviewed.)

This is way too much work for LE. It would be almost impossible for them to get a conviction unless they actually send a guy in posing as a client-which is what a normal LE sting is.  Watching you walk into a lady's hotel room and walk out an hour later proves nothing.

In the larger picture LE is generally not interested in going after discreet providers who keep things on the down-low.  Street walkers and CL bimbos attract much more public attention and therefor become the target of LE.

Nothing is impossible but your scenario is not very likely as long as the lady really is well reviewed and screens well.

LE rarely goes to this much trouble to arrest two people, unless they are watching the provider for other reasons, drug trafficking or such. As long as both parties have enough sense to STFU, they cannot prove that you are a paying customer, you could just be a BF or a friends with benefits thing. They cannot prove that money exchanged hands unless one of you admits to it or they are in the room with you.
They normally set up in a hotel or motel where they can make multiple arrests.
