To anyone's knowledge, has anyone had any problems with LE tracking down users of this service and getting in any kind of trouble because of it?

This is a public forum & certainly LE can read anything posted here if they want to.  A good reminder to be careful of what you post.  TERs servers are located in the Neatherlands where adult prostitution is legal.  LE would have a difficult time getting a court order or serving a warrant for something which is not a crime in the Neatherlands.

In most jurisdictions, prostitution offenses are misdeameanors which must be witnessed by a LEO in order to make an arrest or issue a citation.  Serious crimes are fully investigateable without messing about with foreign statutes.  

Hobby e-mails & hobby phones provide a layer of protection but not for a felony.
