Regardless of how any source defines it the main thing you need to know is that relying on any sort of "LE check" is a bad idea. There is nothing you can do or say once you are alone in a room with a lady to determine if she is a cop or if there are cops in the next room waiting to bust you. Stick with well reviewed TER providers and you will have little to worry about.

The LE check is a mythical act which will assure one person that the other is not LE. Often a gal might grab your crotch or have you get naked or touch her. Some gals are dumb enough to believe that if they ask if you're LE that you have to answer truthfully.
