So there are 10 provider profiles with the same phone number.  Only one of them has more than a handful of reviews.  
A little surfing & sleuthing turned what definitely appears to be an agency, by the name of Blue's Latinas. (link below)

 
Now here's something I noticed about Jessica Diaz's profile:  she has 3 reviews.  

One of her reviewers?  Reviewed FIVE other ladies with that same phone number; he was the first reviewer for one of them.
No mention that any of the ladies are not independent.  His first 2 reviews also shared the same number, and again, no mention that they weren't independent.  

Her first reviewer?  That's the first, and so far only, review he has published.  

So, in the interest of safety, I would disregard both of those reviewers.   Which leaves you with just one review, the one on top.

This one is interesting to me

You can PM him, but I personally think you should err on the side of caution and skip this one.

The reviews for that agency are not all "glowing" but on average they were pretty decent, with enough reviewers with plenty of reviews that prove the agency, and probably her are both legit.

Personally, I disagree with the consensus here, I think she looks plenty legit enough to book with if you like what you see. She may only have three reviews, but two of them are from reviewers with a pretty good history, and that is really what is important. One review from a credible reviewer is worth a dozen coming from unknowns.
