The provider,time of day,what she offers,her location,rates,And whether she has good reviews or not.As for myself.Sometimes my phone is dead.Sometimes my phone gets blown up.It really depends on all these things

given out after screening. Lot less intrusive on the provider's time, especially in RL.  

After posting an ad, I would say I average 20-30 emails or texts to my "alternative" number. Out of those maybe one or two is a future client. Most are booking in a sense of urgency but my schedule and work style doesn't accommodate last minute bookings so there's that.  

I usually post several times per day on variety of outlets so that I can be selective in my bookings. I only see 1-2 clients per day though so my experience may be different than others.

I don't post ads often, but I still receive a fair amount of inquiries every day. The days I DO post an ad, there are usually more unseasoned newbies sending random, time wasting emails. Out of 30 emails, sometimes only 5 will be legit. It can be frustrating, having to weed through the nonsense to get to the real gentlemen. Some days it costs me business, like they're "cock blocking" me or something, haha! Besides, I usually see a couple of people a day. But I'm learning to ignore the vague or pointless emails, at least until I've responded to the informative/respectful emails. Just last night, a new-to-me guy called, texted, left voicemails and sent me a selfie...all between 11:30-12:30 while I was sound asleep. Haha! I can only speak for myself, but every day is different.
