If not, it's located in the upper right hand corner back on the newb main page. As far as joining the Providers Only (PO) board, click on  the "more" drop down window above, then providers only.
You won't be allowed in yet, but it should give you info on how to apply. Probably contact TER adm and ask for admission. Good luck

Read the self help center. There is a lot of good information for providers and hobbyists. The link I gave you in my other post came from there. Also read back some pages on this board and you will see many questions asked and answered. Feel free to come back with more questions. Also feel free to answer some questions here if you feel you can be helpful. Just because you are a new TER poster, doesn't mean you are a new provider. (2 pages of reviews should mean you know a few things.) Also start posting on your home discussion board and other boards. To get on the Providers only board, the written rule is you need a minimum of three reviews. You have that and more, but apparently there are some unwritten rules. I think they like you to have a little bit of a posting history. So go ahead and join in discussions on some boards. This will also help you get unmoderated. I believe you are moderated now as a new poster (your posts don't show up right away). Welcome to TER!
