Hello All,

I'm a newbie, hoping to have a happy ending at the end of my holiday. Unfortunately, two independent providers have apparently declined to reply to my initial request for an appointment. A week has passed since the first query, so I think it's safe to say that they've declined.

I've followed the providers' suggested contact protocol, with the sole exception of having references. I've been polite and have made no references to services or rates. I've read that being white-listed, or having P411 or R2k (or all three would do wonders, but I have yet to acquire any of these.

The R2K appears to apply only to hobbyist residing and working in the US. I've contacted P411 about outside-of-North America client verification, but have not yet received a reply.

Sorry about the long-windedness, but I'm wondering if coming from outside of the US is a big issue?

Providers, am I doing something wrong?

My only thought is trying to contact ladies that tour the USA, and your local country. She should be versed in verifying you in your local area. Maybe you can see her when she is in your area, and use her as reference in the USA.

I think Victoria Jolie occassionaly tours Europe.

Another idea is to contact the touring agencies (miami companions, taylors elite, etc). They have lots of experience verifying all types of guys.

It has to do with a SAFETY issue for us, there are so many providers out there that see gentlemen that haven't had the pleasure of experiencing a provider before and they have their certain checks and balances they MUST do to maintain their safety, and then there are some of us like myself, that do not see a gentlemen without him seeing a previous provider with a website and references.  It's the nature of the beast for us and it's how we do our "business"  If you've seen a provider in the States before or in Europe i'm sure it's done in the same manner, so this shouldn't come as a surprise to you, and knowing that your coming into the States and possibly seeing one of us, i'm sure you knew this would be done and a necessary thing for us to do. If you plan to partake in this wonderful land of Hobbying in the United States may i suggest joining something like Date-Check or Preferred411  it would aleviate alot of your problems and the ability to pre-book with a provider of your choice!

I knew that I'd need to employ some verification service or other, but the main problem at hand is that I don't reside and work in the US. I guess the fee for P411 or Date-Check should cover International dialing rates at 11pm
