When Choosing A Companion.... What's The First Thing A Guy Noticies First

I can't answer what every guy looks for. I can only answer what I look for.
For me I have a certain type of body I like, so I hope that the pictures show that, and that is one of the first things I notice. I want an attractive face (and my idea of attractive might not be the same as someone else) so if the lady shows her face in her pictures that is a plus for me as I can see what I'm getting. Of course many hide their face, so hopefully I can determine in other ways (sometimes even with faces slightly blurred or certain features hidden, you can still tell. Other times you rely  on reviews or back channel info from guys who have seen her.)
Rates are very important to me. If she is out of my budget, I can't see her no matter how good she looks to me, so sometimes that's the first thing I look at.  

If her looks and rates are things I like, then I start looking at reviews, one of the first things I want to know is if the pictures are real and accurate. Then I look at the profile to see what services she offers, then read some of the details in the review summaries to see how she performs but also to try to get a feel for personality. This is for ladies with reviews. I also sometimes toftt and see ladies without reviews. In this case it's pictures, rates, whatever info I can dig up in my research, and then trying to get a feel for her during conversation leading up to a date.

This is what I do and I have success with it:

1. I look at her pics. If I am not attracted to her, I stop right there.

2. Then I will move to her rates. I only do multi hour dates so I like to see multi hour discounts.

3. Then I go to her reviews/profile, but more specifically, does what she likes to do or what she does well match what I like to do? e.g. if a girl has great reviews and is great looking but is known for LFK only or doesnt allow BBBJ, I scratch her off my list.  

4. I like to get some understanding of her overall professionalism. Is her website professional or is it some super cheap piece of crap with a million misspellings and crazy fonts and bad design? I am not looking for some Fortune 500 product, but it tells me something how serious the lady takes her craft and herself.

5. Then, I pm her last 5-10 guys and see what they have to say. The reviews are so overinflated anymore because guys dont wont the giref of blowing someone's page after page of 10/10 reviews. PM'ing allows more honesty outside of the public spotlight.

6. I search her board posts to see if she is professional and not BSC. Lots of drama is a deal killer for me.

7. I check out her eros ad, other review sites, DateCheck/P411 profiles, Google her stage name, etc to give me something I may have missed in steps 1 thru 6

8. I check with close friends here to see what they may know/have heard about her.

9. Lastly, I contact the lady in question and see her contact response time, her availability, her personality and overall professionalism when replying to me

....us guys and gals look for all different types of things. For every different hobbyist you will find very different tastes and preferences.

Sometimes I'll PM a gal and high-five her for something she posted, and she'll write back, and we develop a rapport and before you know it we're bumping naughties.

Other than that, I am often overcome by a really great photo, or perhaps someone I know and trust recommends someone to me.

Then I'll go for a gal on account of some fetish she offers such as being pregnant, or lactating, etc.
