Can somebody please pm me the link to the instructions for posting a photo on a provider ad?

I know how to do it, myself.  Someone just contacted me and asked how I do it.  I've searched everywhere and I can't seem to find the step by step instructions.  If anyone can send me those instructions or the link to the instructions, I'd sure appreciate it, and so would the person who contacted me.
