I would agree with all of that and add one thing. Just in case you are asked, have an excuse ready as to why you are a local, booking a room (assuming that is the case, as it was with me.)I was assured, after asking the same questions that you are asking, that the odds are very small that anyone would ask, but I guess you never know when you will get a nosey clerk. Anyway, better to have one ready so you don't have to come up with one on the fly.
Hey everyone. I'm a complete newbie to 'the hobby' and am looking at setting up my first appointment this coming week.
I've never done anything like this before so I have no prior references in the way of other providers. I work but as a freelancer, hence I can't really provide a work number where I'll be reliably reachable. At best, the receptionist will remember who I am and be able to state that I'm not in today, but it could potentially raise flags as to why someone else would be calling about me at a place where I'm on a contract basis.
As a whole, the verification process is the thing that has kept me away from trying this out before. To further complicate matters, this would have to be an outcall appointment, which I've seen some agencies in my area do not provide for new clients. Unfortunately there's really no way around this for me at the time.
Another related question: It would be an outcall at my own private residence. What are your opinions on this arrangement? Do people consider this unwise? I'm simply not comfortable with the idea of an incall appointment at this time, or meeting at some hotel.
Thanks in advance for any helpful words. I fully realize I probably sound like I have no idea what I'm talking about, because I don't!
Well, you are in the right place to start learning. Join the club.
As to some particulars...
If you search on this board for posts on references, it is probably the most asked-about issue. Go back more than the default 30 day search. Many opinions are listed, including those from some of the ladies. If you are straightforward and work to verify yourself to their satisfaction, some ladies will see newbies.
As to the outcall to your home, I'd advise against it. Think of how much information you are presenting the lady by doing that. Most ladies would treat everything discretely and professionally. But what about the problem few? You've just given them about everything they need to know about you, and access to your belongings. Why do it? Viewed this way, the hotel option is far safer than your home.
Good luck, and let us know how it goes.

Depending on your area of the country, DateCheck, Preferred411, or RoomServic2000 are the top ones. Check around to find which is most prevalent where you are.
Since you are basically a first-time hobbyist, I think most providers would be reluctant to do an outcall to your home. Me, personally, I prefer incall anyway. IMHO, providers are usually more comfortable when they have control of the location.
If you are really uptight with doing incall, get a room where she can visit you. You really don't have much in the way of options here. I do agree with the previous poster about the possible pitfalls of doing an outcall to your home, especially since you have never met the lady before.
Good luck, PM me if you have more dquestions.

I totally agree that there are verification websites that can verify you. Most of us ladies need verification, references, etc.make sure you are a cool guy but if you sign-up for a verfication membership p411,RS2000,and date-check can't go wrong definitely worth the money! As for outcall go w/a well reviewed lady shouldn't be a problem as you long have passed verification.

IMHO I'd advise against outcall to your house for a lady you haven't met previously whether you're a newb or not. Even with a well-reviewed lady I prefer incall if they offer it for the first visit - at least until I feel I can trust them more.
I suggest you do incall first or if you really must do outcall, get a hotel room as suggested above.
Do her incall - no big deal - folks go to hotels all the time. I have seen a number of TER review ladies that did very little screening and saw me based on the email and phone contacts. Yes, they should probably screen better but I think a number of providers take their chances. Just like we sometimes take our chances.
Good luck.
I'll go the hotel option. Way better. Feel strange letting a stranger know where I live on first visit.
very experienced in the hobby.
Don't want to scare you, but you should at least read the linked post.
I cannot help much with your verification questions. I just got my first visit under my belt a few weeks ago, so no expert here. I personally would never do an incall at my home, for a million reasons.
I got a hotel room which worked out well. I personally would recommend that the first time. I have a second date arranged in a couple weeks with the same provider. She has an incall at her home, but that really makes me anxious re:LE. She sensed me being uneasy about this and offered an alternative location. She has access to another providers apartment, pays her a few bucks to use it. It is in a gated complex, she says she does not use it often (either does the other provider who she says is pretty much retired) It just sounded safer to me, although it is probably a false sense of security.
Anyway...I would go the hotel route the first time, good luck and have a great time...I know I did.
I may be different than most providers but if you are unable to do a normal job verification or you are not a p411 or datecheck member... the fact that you want the date to be at your home helps. I personally have never heard of a bust or vice doing anything out of a residence and that is the main point of verification. So I wouldnt worry too much about finding a girl who is okay with a newbie.... good luck and enjoy!

Thanks for the responses, everyone!
I will go either the incall location or hotel route. I think I'd prefer a hotel, however I do have some more questions as to how to book the room and get in and out without raising any eyebrows. If anyone could offer any tips in that area I would really appreciate it. Should I pack a bag, just to look like I'm staying the night? Or keep it simple? If the escort books the room, how do I go about getting up to the room and entering, etc.
Once again I can't thank you all enough for de-mystifying all this for me. I'll have to see if I can clear verification first of course...

take small bag like just for overnight stay. You will have to call her to give her the info. If you pay for the room when you check in, you can just leave key in the room and beat feet whenever you want. They will not know when you leave. DO NOT LEAVE HER WITH THE ROOM since it's in your name. Let her leave first.
If she gets room, you will still call her to get room number. You call from parking lot, not the lobby. Then you go in and act like you belong there. The staff will not care anything about you, unless you do something stupid to draw undue attention to yourself. When you call for room number, ask her where the elevators are, that will help make your entry less conspicuous. It's probably better for her to get room.
Good luck,
