$50's & $100's. I've never had a complaint. In fact, I don't think the ladies want to be walking around with a wheelbarrow full of 5's & 10's.

I always carry that kind of loose change in my pocket so that when the moment is right, I can make an appointment.

Look, if all you have are $20 bills, leaving 15 $20 bills in an envelope is completely, 100%  acceptable. In fact I am pretty sure that if you left 30 $10 bills or 60 $5 bills in an envelope your appointment would go on without a hitch.

Cash is cash. At the end of the day if you leave 3 $100 bills (believe me the lady will figure out a way to break these large bills..tough I know...) or you leave 30 $10 bills the lady is being paid for her time. That is all that matters...Dont sweat the small stuff.
 

... it goes right back to the bank anyways.  I always make a trip to the bank before 5p.  I hate to have a bulk of money with me.

100's, 50's, and 20's that way the lady has some options.

For the providers, it is easier for me.
However, I doubt that any provider will complain about twenties.

I have never had a lady complain about the denomination.  Just make sure its correct.....

Do as you want... But, at the same time...

a good impression is what you want to leave w/ a lady. (So don't take the ones sweety)

20s, 50's or 100's (in an unsealed envelope) may be the Best way to go... It's Professional & Discreet
