If the service was, in your eyes, exceptional, of course you are free to slip her a little extra.  Remember, agency girls give a good chunk to the agency, so a tip would be extra in her pocket.   Tipping is best done at conclusion of date, not the beginning.  Doing it ahead of time is no guarantee that she will go above and beyond for you.  The amount varies, it's totally up to you.  Personally, I do not tip, but always bring gifts.

Tipping is always appreciated but never expected...

Of course all us ladies would love to be tipped by every client!  It rarely happens.  Yet I still have my regulars that keep coming back, so, it can't be that my service is bad.  I assume the reason for not being tipped is because, of the economy or gentleman don't consider my service one that needs to be tipped.  I get tips maybe 25% of the time.  

The crazy part is, I share incall with a FBSM provider.  She is continually tipped and doesn't offer or perform a third of the things, I offer.  Her rate is a third of mine.  Yet, at the end of her meetings, she get's her rate and is tipped, which ends up being what my rate is.  I'm still trying to figure that one out!  Maybe, it's because, tradtionally, massage is considered a tipping service.  

I'm just flattered and grateful, that gentlemen want to visit me.  So, I don't expect a tip as an incentive to treat my gentlemen callers well.  I just do that, because I'm happy they chose me out of all the other beautiful charming talented ladies.  It's a huge boost to my self esteem, which is priceless.    But, when I am tipped or a gift is brought, I'm over the moon!

Tipping is not necessary.

If you want to tip because you were particularly happy with the person's performance, I would leave about 20% for a session of up to two hours, less if it is multihour.

Handing her the tip at the end when you are having a last hug and kiss goodbye is a good time for that.

Her rate is is her rate whether its $300/hr or $1k/hr, and if I like what I paid for I'll be back time and time again for longer and longer dates.

With that said, I've never seen an agency girl, so the rules might be different if the agency was taking 35%.

Tips and gifts

Tipping is never expected but of course is always a pleasant surprise as are gifts! I have had tips before the session and after - it just depends on the person. I would say I actually receive a tip or gift 50-75% of the time even though it is not expected and I clearly state that on my website.
