second call,  you on get specific room number but she'll only give that out when the previous customer has left and she had enough time to freshen up again.

You are accumulating too much knowledge.

and once I had a provider advertise a location near me...  and I realized that everybody in town would recognize my vehicle.  And it can be difficult to book...  some gals work the "first to arrive model" & that's pretty hopeless for me.  
So you need to be able to get loose for "all day" to make it work.  And you need a reputable provider who is newbie friendly & willing to risk an appointment.  You may not get your first choice.  It's OK.  This is not Match dot Com.  You are looking for a Temporary Girl Friend.  

I can not help you with details.  You must do that yourself.  But relax.  Read reviews for your closest area.  I don't book "touring" gals in general because I need someone who will be available when I get free.  
I would suggest you explain you are new (she'll know that anyway) and ask for advance screening.  That'll get that out of the way so when schedules are good, you can go.  

In the meantime, I suggest you read the self help section, (link by the life saver.) and read back on this board until you can answer every question without looking.   Most reputable gals have all inclusive "donations"...  except perhaps for Greek...   Upsells are a scam & should be avoided.   Rather than select "the one" you should devolupe a bucket list and approach one.  If turned down, move on to another until you are successful.
