Often a lady will snuggle & if she feels you physically responding will start a second round.  If you are not in contact, you might not respond so she'll be waiting for you.  You do need to start caressing her & initiate some sex play...  last time I started tounge work on her breasts so we were pretty close.  

Since this was your first time...  she might have done more...  or like you she may have gotten lost in conversation.

Sometimes the lady will ask, "are you ready to go again?".  Other times, you will have to initiate it.  

With your first cup in the first 10 minutes, you should have had plenty of time left (assuming a 1-hr. date) for a 2nd go.

All gals are different.

I've had the same situation come up where I get lost in a great conversation and before you know it, the time is up.  In these circumstances, I don't feel ripped off at all because I was truly enjoying myself.

About half the time I'll initiate something to get a second shot off, and the other half she will.

Some gals will even insist you stay past the hour to get a second (and in one case a third!) round off.

If it a new client, I will talk and snuggle with some caressing,if I see some arousal in that area then I initiate more play, if no reaction, I just continue on with the cuddling. I never want to make a client feel bad or embarresed because he can't go a second round, so I guess I want him to make the first move.

I've had many dates where a second pop was not sought.  Many ladies will try to initiate this, and that's fine.  Or, if you wish to, cut short the conversation, and initiate round two yourself.  Getting hard and passionate again will usually do the trick, unless time is running out.

I was with a gal last week who initiated a second go-round but I have found that quite often it's entirely up to the customer to do this.  

Think about it.  The first thing you need to remember is that this is work for them.  It may be pleasurable and they may enjoy it to some degree but how often do you have sex twice in an hour with an SO Spouse? I'm not suggesting that a good provider will not oblige you a round two but, seriously, why on earth would they initiate it when they can just lay back, relax and wait to see if you do? Just lean in and start fondling things again, she will get the hint.

There are some ladies who do not.  In fact, for some ladies (even if you book an hour appointment), once you are done the appointment is over.

This is not the case with most reputable providers, but it does happen.
