How stupid can you be?  Any and every organization that you work for (get paid by) will tell you that you have absolutely no expectation of privacy when using company provided equipment such as cell phones, e-mail,  etc.   Phone records and e-mail get reviewed periodically, and inappropriate use can get you into hot water.   Thus, only use phones and e-mail that not provided to you by your employer for hobbying.  This is not rocket science.
