First thing to understand is that a tip is neither expected or required. This is a business in which the provider will be perfectly happy with her fee. So you do not need to tip. You might decide it makes more sense to save your money for more frequent dates.
OTOH a provider will certainly appreciate a tip. Some folks seem to give 20%, which feel about right on a $200 date.

It can NEVER hurt to tip. Yes it not required, but it always means alot, at least to me. If a provider makes you feel like it is expected i can understand the adverse reaction, but if you truly enjoyed yourself i dont know why you wouldnt give her some sugar!! I am a great tipper at restuarants, especially if the service is exemplary. It is really about appreciating great service and im sure you will be in the forefront of her memory. : )
and sweetbella is correct in saying that it's always remembered and that helps in the long run. my donation is $$$ and i've gotten anything from $ to gift cards to walkman's to Gift Cert's for massages ...anything other then a donation consitutes a "tip" so to speak! and it's always VERY much appreciated, but never expected or insisted upon. That's the most I've tipped on a $200 gig. I'm too generous though, lol. It depends. If you want to see her again and get top priority when you do, give her something to remember you by.
a date with her. If I see her often, I prefer to give her more personal gifts on occasions. If it is a lady that I won't see often, a 20% tip is considerate. JMO
This is one I've struggled with as well. Since the donation is taken care of ahead of time, pulling out a wad of cash on my way out the door is a little awkward and takes away from the "Experience" for me.
I think the best tip is to re-book. This is when a ladys wish list is helpful. On a repeat visit I always like to bring lingerie, gift cards, chocolates - anything the lady has indicated she is open to.
