Approval of a review can take up to 72 hours.
Click "account manager" atop the page then go to the menu on left "My reviews" to find if your review has been approved, and if not for what reason so you can make the needed edit(s).

 A problem report usually is approved or not within 24 hours.

These days, reviews get usually approved in three days or less.

TER doesn't notify you if a review doesn't get approved, but you can always check the status of your reviews by clicking the Account Manager link, and then select "My Reviews".  If your review is unapproved, you can always ask why.

FWIW, it seems to take longer on the weekends....

Another thing - when you click on account manager and your reviews tell usually give you a a reason and an opportunity to correct and resumit! In my case - bad website address was listed so it didn't get approved and posted. Looked it up again - corrected and resubmitted! So always check account manager!

Well, one of my unapproved reviews says "incomplete" but it doesn't say what is incomplete and my messages go unanswered.....
