Yes, you do sound ignorant.
This board is for newbies. The provider only board is for providers with 3-4 TER reviews. If a woman can't ask a question here then where can she?
Hobbyists are men. They know women bleed.... You sound like an oppressed American housewife from 1955!?!?! I expect more from an European. Makes me doubt your alleged identity.... In London and Paris, the women adore their womanhood and being hairy etc. I can't imagine a Londontown chick being squeamish about her period.

My periods are irregular, especially when I'm working out and dieting as I am now. Normally its every 28 days for 5 days. But last month it wasn't for 35 days and it lasted for four?!?!?! FML.

Anyhow, now I'm planning a tour. I don't know what to do with scheduled possible period days? If I blocked out every potential day then I'd block out half the month! Should I allow myself to be out of town then? That'd be a waste of $300/day!!!!

Providers, how do you deal with this?

-RedTide

Actually, I think it is hot to be with a woman that time of the month.

that she'd be wasting $300/day in touring expenses (hotel, meals, ads etc.)if Aunt Flo shows up and she can't work.

AuntFlo1018 reads

Unfortunately, I SPEND $300/day including hotel, food, etc. I try to end the day with $1000/day profit. Nonetheless, when I'm not working, my time is neg$300. If I were sitting at home, I would break even regardless.

Times are tough but Auntie Flo does ok.

What up with that???  Please clarify.

I am relieved.  I assumed that's what you meant and my question was tongue-in-cheek (pun intended), just to point out you could have been a bit clearer.

..... if you really feel you can't miss out on money (this MIGHT be gross for some) and need to keep it sanitary:

See beppyusa.com and order some of those

keep a reusable douche like: http://www.cvs.com/CVSApp/catalog/shop_product_detail.jsp;jsessionid=sc2MJ1mSS3Z9p3G84kjdqm2FcV944fd8gSnLfGJFhcQqTySfB28R!881510811?filterBy=&skuId=217703&productId=217703&navAction=push&navCount=1&no_new_crumb=true   .... to flush out any excess "red material" just before insertion of a beppy..... use whatever concoction or very warm water after a show to flush esp if you're heavy

Invest in 3 month pills: Quasense, Jolessa etc .... dunno if any insurances cover these partially or completely but mine doesn't and it's 140 every 3 months  but hooray only 4 periods a yr. If you don't like pills try "the shot" aka Depo but your periods might become light to non-existent. Personally I don't want mine to disappear....I just don't want that many of them.

I knocked one of these out of place, and got flodded
with blood all over my lower torso.
If you like bathing in blood [and STD risks], go ahead.

Several months of anxious waiting for test results ensued.

I thought better of you, mrfisher.

Ladies must refrain during MP, or at least inform all dates BEFORE they arrive.

One of my favorite activities is DATY and no matter which way you want to try and "hold back the flow", that is a problem for guys who enjoy that activity.

Most good providers take a week or so off at that time.  Perhaps you need to review your "savings" formula so you can get through that week without seeing customers.

Hopefully you will examine your approach to this sooner rather than later, as one of these days you're going to see a "john" who will not be thrilled to find that Aunt Flo was part of his "paid" session.  And I would expect that to be discussed in his review.

As another poster discussed, some guys are happy to see Aunt Flo.  Just make sure you advertise that information so they can come see you during that time.  Win-win for Aunt Flo and Johnny!

I agree that taking that week off should be done but read her post again.

She says her period is not consistent and comes when it pleases. She wants to know what to do as far as the tour she is planning. She doesn't want to shell out the dough to travel only to be caught by surprise. I don't blame her one bit for that. This one isn't a matter of having enough savings it's about not wanting to lose money when Mother Nature could pull a fast one on her.

...guys came in with cuts, etc. and bled on her.

and wait until you're back on track with the cycle. In 9 years I have never worked 'those' days. Too much can go wrong, plus it's just gross.

Why are you throwing  shade? She says she isn't sure if it's going to come or not, she wants to know how to handle the tour. She's not trying to get away with something - at least that's how I read the post. No need for anger.

I am just honest with clients. Most times they still want to see me, but we just take intercourse off the menu. It's fun to be creative about pleasure when some things are off limits...
I've used these once:
http://goodforher.com/hot_lady_soft_tampon_sex_sponges

But my client knew I was using it. It was completely fine. (But I was not bleeding heavily, it was the very end of my period...) Was a little tricky to get out.

Of course if my period is making me cranky or crampy, then I don't take any appointments.
Also there are apps to track periods... handy! ;)

is  there no section on here for providers only????? Im new in the US but in the UK us providers would never post anything about menstrual cycles or how much we make at the end of the day..... forgive me if i sound ignorant but personally I dont think gents want to know how many dates we  have a day, how much profit we have at the end of a day or discuss our lady bits when they're out of action. We're supposed to be a fantasy and something thats almost unobtainable in the real world so i think (and this is just my personal opinion) but the gents that pay alot of money to come and see us want us to be the gorgeous faantasy that they invisage without all the daily baggage and gory details. I do agree that some gents like to see a lady when it's this time of month but If theres a short code for it like everything else in 'Hobby World' then maybe it would be best to use this when the time does come so that only those gents come and see you, but if your in pain and it's not your thing to work when this happens then you may want to try a proper remedy to regulate them before going on tour again... I really dont mean to come accross as ignorant but maybe if there is no such thing as a provider only board... maybe it's a damn good idea LOL.

Good luck honey and I hope you get your problem sorted

There is a Provider's only board. I think there is a minimum numbers of reviews required before a provider can request to join it. (Don't quote me on that I don't really know.) I did think about that when I first saw this thread and you are correct there are some that would not want to know about this. But we are all adults and life is what it is. I don't mind the discussion being here and apparently no one else does so I say the more we can learn the better. It seems it would still be useful for the OP to check out the possibility of gaining access to the Provider's only board.

Just my two cents.

Oh now that is good to know... now i just need to find the section that tells us providers just how many reviews we need to access it as that info would certainly help alot... but i may have quite a way to go yet as my first review is just about to go up LOL but thanks for the insight

I'm not a fan of Instead Cups or sponges, have tried the soft tampons and they have been okay, but I think the best policy is to regulate your period with the pill (unless health issues prevent that) and take off time every 3-4-6 or however many months you feel comfortable to do so.

If you want to delay your period (and know exactly when it will happen), you can use any pill to do that. The monocycle (??) ones are the easiest to work with, but you can do it with any of them. See more info here: http://thewelltimedperiod.blogspot.com/2004/07/one-mono-two-bi-and-three-tri-ive-been.html
Also, most women's clinics (e.g Planned Parenthood) can give you free or discounted birth control pills.
