Provider Stuck as 'Member', Need Assistance

Hello All,

Greetings. My name is Heather Trillani. I am new to using TER (though I have been lurking for a couple years), I am an Elite Provider in Portland, OR and have a few questions about TER.

If there is a better place to ask my questions please let me know. I sent several emails to Admin requesting information, but none were responded to... I am feeling confused and in the dark. I would appreciate help to understand TER better .

My Questions:
I want my TER status to say 'Provider' not 'member', how do I switch this? When I email Admin to switch this I get no response. Please help explain if you know.

I was sent email notices from TER saying that gentlemen are sending me PM's on TER, but I can't see where or how to retrieve them. Any ideas?

I have at least 1 review on here and want to be able to see it, if not approve or delete it if it is not discreet enough, is this possible? And how do I do this?

Do I need to pay to have a Provider account versus a Member account, is that the problem?

You should contact TER administration and ask to have that review linked to your posts.

You should also have limited VIP services to read your own review and to use the PM system.

Keep writing to administration and ask them about these two items.

It sometimes takes a while, but they should answer eventually.
