How do I get my provider profile linked to my username?

And is it possible to have a little detail corrected? ( I don't have a pierced tongue, it's a bit lower than that )

If the review is good, you definitely want to have the profile tied to your handle.  I've pasted a link from the DC board's mod that has the information you need.  

Once you have associated your handle with the profile, you can email TER admin to ask them to correct any details.  Unfortunately, your profile information will continue to be whatever the first reviewer put in, no matter how many subsequent reviews you get, so you will want to try to correct any errors.  When you send the email, make sure that you include your TER ID #, Username, and a link to the profile to speed things up.

Just fired off the email

just so you know, once you tie the reviews to your username, the site will automatically go back and put the link into all of your existing posts when it updates.
