I recently had an appointment with a well reviewed provider. Overall great experience. We hit it off very well. She allowed me to stay well over an hour past the hour, just chit-chatting. She gave me her personal e-mail and told me to contact her directly regarding future appointments even if she is off schedule. So I did. Its been 3 days now and I still havent recieved a response. I am a well-to-do, good looking guy, good tipper, refined, with manners. I dont know what gives. I've been stood up in the past by civilians, but this one is a head scratcher for me. If anyone has had a similar experience, share with me your insight on this matter. Thanks

Mr. well-to-do, good looking tipper, refined, with manners, since this is the newbie board, and I'm supposed to be nice, I'll just say that stuff ain't necessary. Now, back to your question, as respondents have mentioned, could be a million reasons. She's on vacation, she with a client on an extended date. She's taking care of her sick mother. Providers going "dark" happens to every hobbyist. No need to worry. How 'bout writing a review of this provider!

From the description this is an agency provider and posting the review is likely to out her to the agency. Probably not what the OP wants to do, and depending on how pimp-like the agency is it could get her fired or much worse.
No, I'd advise it's better not to write a review in this case.
I had a similar experience and I posted the situation on this board about 1 to 2 weeks ago. I got some good responses and then out of nowhere the young lady responded and I am now on my way to an appointment. I have found the the new Instant Messaging feature on P411 gets to the right person quickly. This provider responded immediately after I contacted her on this service.
About the only thing you can be sure of is she didn't give you that info for the purpose of ignoring you.
Contrary to what some folks on her think most the providers have real lives. Be patient. Try again in a few days or a week. There's no guarantee patience will be rewarded but given the clues I think there's a high probability it will be this time.
She could be super busy....there was one week where I didn't/wasn't able to check my email for almost a week. I was out of town and reconnecting with friends and almost never sat at a computer more than 5 minutes. Eh give it another day or two and then move on. If she allowed you to email her she should make a point to check it at least once a day.
