need some help.. what should one do if one is going to a different city (vegas), have done their research and found a well reviewed provider and made an appointment.  only to find out that early this year in a different city this particular provider was picked up by LE.  
suggestions?

In the end, it's all about how comfortable you feel.  If there is any doubt in your mind, do some more research and pick someone else from the endless buffet that is Las Vegas.
