what is the process with TER to request some information to be verified. Can TER investigate an issue? like tracking a member.  
I mean... I have a gentleman that has been harassing me on TER and my email address. Posting false accusations about a date (that fortunately never happen). Actually... it's an agency that I use to work for... and apparently they don't have too many girls or work because they seem to eager to be on the boards trashing my name. Any advise

Save all your comunication and forward it to TER admin if there is harassment or threats. They can't stop email threats but they can ban him from TER. If there is a fake review involved they will investigate it and remove it if they agree with you. Contact TER admin and ask for guidance.

DO NOT TAKE THIS LIGHTLY!! I was going to say something about go to the police, but as I think about it, they have never helped me with anything ever. Just keep working with TER as best you can.

TER with not provide you with data but they have access to IP addresses & such.  If your story holds up admin will back you.
