If you see a girl( newbie) a couple of times at say a rate of 300, and then because of her popularity she increases her rate, can you ask to be grandfathered in at her old rate, or her rate is her rate, and you shouldn't talk about it

If she it going to grandfather you, generally she will let you know.  Really depends on whether she considers you a regular or a repeat.

When you make your next appointment just ask if the donation is the same as when you saw her in (whenever it was).  Her answer will let you know your status.

on her website, or in a new ad, that former clients can see her at her previous rate.  If not, follow sphinx's advice.

When they do change, you should inquire as to their policies about grandfathering.

Most gals do, at least for a certain amount of time.

However, it's all in how you ask whether (a) you will get your desired results, and (b) whether she will still want to see you, or not. In regulated fields it is always more cost effective to keep current customers then to try to find new, but P4P is unregulated. Your guess is as good as mine.

it's too confusing to determine if you made the cut. she can always tell you (or you can ask at that time)you're grandfathered when she sees you next.
