It's been almost three months since I purchased a VIP membership with a prepaid debit card, so I don't remember the details, but I was able to do it with a Vanilla MasterCard Bill Payment card (NOT a Vanilla Visa card). IIRC, I went to their Web site and registered a fake name for the card, and it worked here.
Has anyone successfully joined VIP paying with a Visa gift card (such as what you purchase at Target or CVS)? The problem I run into is that CC Bill looks for a name on the card. Thanks.

Unfortunately it looks like your attempt to purchase VIP membership has failed due to your card being declined. Good news is that we have several other payment options that you could try.
