U need to ask the individual provider what GFE or PSE means to her cause definitions vary....I've seen "GFE" girls who refuse to DFK and "PSE" girls who didn't do CIM. Don't make decisions based on these advertisments alone. IMHO, no one should even be using these opaque terms. I think some of the shadier providers know this and advertise themselves as pse or gfe only to clarify their definitions of these terms post-payment (or at least not up front).
Not always though. I've seen a few providers include cum in mouth and even bbbj in the PSE package that is not in the GFE. It is really critical to read her reviews carefully and possibly PM some of her reviewers when they have these 2-tier packages to make sure you know what to expect. You could come right out and ask her, but that's generally not a good idea.
I'm a GFE and don't do greek. I am not sure about the question of facials, I don't do them but seem to think that the PSE menu includes that as well. Could be wrong on that last point though.

There is no universally accepted standard definition for GFE or PSE.
I used to see Fonda French in Chicago. She didn't advertise a PSE, she WAS a PS and provided a PSE. She dressed, talked, and behaved, exactly like a girl in a porn film. She basically "lusted" after my di*k and let me know how badly she wanted my c*m in her mouth.
After seeing Fonda, I question how a regular provider could just turn on or turn off a PSE encounter. If I hire a girl that offers Regular, GFE, and PSE, what is she going to do if I only pay for Regular? Just lie there? No wait - that would be GFE!
Anyway, my advice - you want a PSE? Hire a current or former PS.
Asking the difference is difficult since you can't ask through email or phone. This gal had it on her website that she did GFE in call and only PSE outcall and there was a much higher price for the PSE. Until she showed up and you were actually with her is the only way to ask these questions, right?
I would ask via e-mail. Get yourself versed in the acronyms of the hobby world (bbbj,daty,etc.). If she is sincere and genuine, she should not object to u inquiring about the details when it involves a significant price increase. Just ask in a discrete way using the acronyms
