Is it true that LEO never do outcalls. That they only sting you by setting up incall appointments.

Maybe I shouldn't be, but your question makes me suspicious.

In my area, LE uses decoy street workers in response to complaints, to scare the customers away.  
#2 target CL girls, using an incall location.  It's just so easy to do, a lot of arrests with one set up.
In general, solicitation is a misdemeanor, usually not worth the trouble.  That said, never say never.  

This all goes out the window with a high value target.

A well reviewed provider is your best protection against LE & scams of all sorts.

I guess its possible, but it seems improbable. Do research on providers and you might not get stung.

Here is the reason I ask. First of all I am a novice(which is probably obvious). I was on CL and I viewed someone I wanted to meet. I went to TER and to my surprise she had 2 reviews. One in August and one in September. Very good reviews. I called her. With out much conversation she asked if I wanted to set an appointment for the next day. She also talked to me about price. I was very uncomfortable because she did not even know anything about me. I told her to forget it. While I was on CL I also found this post which I inserted below. I am just trying to be cautious and really don't know the best way to go about it.

Whoever believes that a female LEO would actually go on an outcall appointment is gullible enough to believe in Santa Claus. NO LEO, female or male ever goes to someones house because there is no way that THEY can control the situation.
LEO DOES do incall stings....that happens all of the time, but never, and I repeat NEVER goes on an outcall. That is entrapment, and they won't risk it.

LE has been known to target both incall and outcall.  Only been hobbying for a few months.  Heed the reccomendations of this board. Only use well reviewed providers that have been reviewed by people with a lot of reviews.  I recently saw someone who had a few crappy reviews and one pretty good review, and sadly my experience went in the crappy review column.  I only use CL to get ads and then verify reviews through TER.  No reviews I wont partake. Unlikely, but doable.  She'd be wired, and would have her support close by. One word from her, and the door is coming down in short order.  If you're in a hotel, they've already got a key to your room before she ever comes up.  If it's at your home, and something happens, the door is coming down.  Again, unlikely because it's an awful lot of trouble for a misdemeanor arrest...unless you're high profile (famous).

More likely scenario is a provider has flipped, and is "working off charges" for LE.  In that instance, she'd also be wired, and I can guarantee you, LE will have less of a problem with her going behind unknown closed doors than they will one of their own.  But again, pretty unlikely...especially as has been stated, you're using well reviewed girls.  

Oh, and it is not "entrapment".  Person who wrote that post has not a clue what the hell they're talking about.

Outcall - the provider coming to your place.  Not a likely tactic for LE to use for the reasons already stated:
Impossible to discretely bring 'back up' that is VERY close at hand.  If a provider showed up with a driver or escort, I'd take a pass.
Lots of effort per bust.  Have to schedule the appointments and then travel to the client's location.  

Incall - you going to the provider's place.  Again not likely for LE to use to target the customer.  LE has to set up a place and make appointments as if they were a provider.  Requires a lot of time as they are going to be working around the customer's schedule (I'd be wary if a provider ever had a narrow window of avaiability).  Several LE would end up sitting around making appointments and then waiting for the customers to show.  

Most typically LE works decoy's on the street to bust 'johns'.  This can be done with plenty of back up and results in high volume.  

They also work outcall stings on providers by getting a room and then scheduling several girls to come.  Typically they will have two adjoining rooms so they can have the 'customer' working in one and can hold several girls in custody in the other room.

The poster is either an idiot or an idiot. Entrapment has nothing to do with incall vs outcall.

That said, your chances of a sting are many times higher with incall than outcall, but to say that LE never does outcall is a foolish and dangerous  POV.

As a novice, you might want to stay away from CL in the beginning,however in my area, well reviewed providers will advertise on CL every once in awhile. Do your homework, read your local board, you might find a provider who posts on your local board, with good reviews. You might want to start off that way. Good luck.

Not sure why you would "only use CL to find ladies".  Why not just do a search on TER for the criteria you are interested in.  You need to be VIP to bet full value of the reviews.

If the link goes to CL, fine, after you've read the review look at the pict.  
The other way around wastes so much time.  Unless you just like the risk, in which case why bother with TER?  Without VIP TER is meaningless...  you have to read the full review since I've seen CL girls say "TER reviewed" buit the reviews are "will not repeat", scam, etc.

Ask her do do some nude modeling. LE aint gonna do that and its not illegal. If she wont, get your money back and kick her ass out.
