Each lady basically sets her own prices.  It's supply & demand...  
My budget has constrained my play time but I find plenty of satisfaction toward the lower end of the scale.  In my area, 200 is about the floor.  Anything less is a scam, shorter time or lesser service subject to upselling.  
If you have throughly read the boards...  and the newbie manual (the link at the top of this board)...  have you read the full reviews?  Yes, if you are ready you'll need VIP.  VIP costs less than even one spoiled date.

There is no rhyme or reason (at least one that is outwardly visible to a hobbyist) what a lady decides to charge. Each woman (I am mainly speaking of those that work as independents) is running her own business and as such will set a price based on a variety of factors. Some factors may be: her own expenses, her own evaluation of what she feels her time is worth, what similar ladies may be charging in the area where she works, how many clients she is seeing in a day, or what level of profit she requires to be happy in providing her service.

As such, there is no "reasonable cost" for a GFE session. You can have an absolutely wonderful, "GFE" session with a lady at $300 an hour and a horrible session with a lady at $800 an hour. Price is never a determination of the service you will receive or the attitude of the provider. You will never know what you are going to get for your money until you actually experience the session. As a hobbyist, all you can really do is engage in your research and simply find the best lady for you based on your own budgetary limitations.

Log onto the New York board, if you havn't done so already. Lurk around, check out the escorts that advertise on the board. Some will have prices in the ads, others will direct you to their web site. Get VIP membership, log on to "reveiws", then go to "new reviews" on the left side. Check out the profiles, you will see the rates, however, on the profile, the first reviewer fill in the rate, so it may have changed. Every city has a ballpark range in the rates. It;s market driven.
