I've also ended up with not only GFE, but actual GF's in both Georgia and Texas.  
   
 I will agree however that the pics in a typical AMP ad are NOT to be believed, almost all of them use stock pics, but then again that goes for most massage parlors, not just the AMPS
Hey GaG.  Thanks for backing me up (I think).  I'd PM you about reliable NYC places but my VIP has lapsed and TER tells me that they haven't gotten my money order renewal yet (even though I sent it with 20+ days to go on my account - uh oh).  The pics for many NYC AMPs, at least the ones I know, are real.  NYC Asian outcall is notoriously fake pic B&S and not even close to who might show up at your door

I have never tried AMP or an an incall asian agency ( with multiple providers to choose from ) what is the major difference?
 
What are pros and cons of each?
 
Is there an asian agency that I can go on there website and be able to see their faces, and some reviews so I can request an app and know exactly what I am getting?  
 
what is the typical experience for AMP and incall asian agency?

eeing as you are going to their place in both instances.  Most agencies I am aware of however are outcall where they go to you, and so that is the main difference

actually that is one of the major differences, an AMP is typically in a storefront location in an area typically zoned "light commercial" while an agency is most likely going to have their incall location in an apartment.

An AMP is also going to have a "table shower" and is unlikely to have actual beds, while an agency incall will much much like a "Non Asian" agency incall with beds, regular showers, etc

Search the newbie board for previous posts about AMPs and massage parlors and spas.  The answers are that the differences are regional.  NYC is different from Providence is different from Boston.

Given that, maxdogooder posts to the NYC board (as do I) and can get a lot more info there using the search feature.

In NYC, there are dozens of AMPs with websites with pictures and some face pics (at the preference of the girls to blur or not to blur).   Many of those NYC AMPs provide direct links to each girls TER reviews.

Don't trust their website reviews, obviously.  READ THE TER REVIEWS and go with that info

Most AMP are similar in the fact that you get a massage and HJ. Some offer upgrades but usually you need to be a repeat visitor. Incall asian agency are rarer than they used to be and the websites are not to be trusted, Pictures,are not what you will get when you arrive TER has Massage Parlor girls reviews.

You have no reviews so I don't know you're region but you are wrong on most counts.  Service varies by region.

Wrong. In NYC,  non-GFE FS is the norm.  In Providence, things are different.
Some offer upgrades but usually you need to be a repeat visitor.
Wrong.  In NYC, FS and GFE FS is available even to first-timers.  (Getting in the first time may be the problem.)

Wrong.  In NYC, there has been a recent increase in the number of agency-style Asian places.  I can't keep up with them!  They'll wear out me and my wallet!

WRONG! In NYC, I can testify to the authenticity of many website pictures (minus a little photoshopping but not enough to be totally fake).  In general, the NYC Asian outcall services are all fake pics and bait and switch (BadDog!  Where are you?).  However, the question was about AMP (incall) and agencies (incall).  
TER has Massage Parlor girls reviews.
You at least got something right.  Reliable reviewers will post what is and is not available, when there is an upsell and so on.  BUT THERE ARE GENERAL TRENDS THAT VARY BY REGION.

KJ - Maybe what you posted is correct info for your region but it is NOT universal

What the other poster said is definitely NOt true for Hawaii.  
In Hawaii AMPs, GFE is the norm. (DFK, DATY, BBBJ, multi position FS, etc.)
