Not sure what else is there for a provider to do on TER besides post to the boards and respond to posts? Do they keep track of your log in to TER too? And I do use this site to verify the guys I see especially if they post on here. So, why is it such a challenge for a provider to get any luv from this site? And, why can't a provider get access to some of the perks of the site if she's paying for a membership??? Personally, I am not too interested how other providers may s*ck and f*ck... IJS...
What would be the operative definition of a well established hobbyist for our argument? Would he have at least 25 reviews, 50 reviews or 75 reviews? Also how relative and subjective would the definition be for the purposes of TER?
I thought that was the minimum required to be admitted to the PO board. Did you try to join before you got the 3rd review? If you did, that's probably why you got turned down. I'm curious, what other perks on this site are you asking about? There really aren't too many available as far as I know.
you were denied because the reviewers do not have review history.I think the guys have to be reviewers that have reviewed more than you only one of the guys has reviewed other ladies. Be patient sometimes it takes a couple of tries. What other perks are you speaking of?
Maybe you applied too soon. Wait a week and try again. Try again after your fourth or 5th review posts. Also it is possible, like the other poster said, that even though you have three reviews, two of them are from first time reviewers. Maybe "the powers that be" want your reviews to be from someone with more than just your review written. I know it doesn't say that in the rules, but sometimes there are unwritten rules. I remember reading a post from a guy who was trynig to get on the reviewers only board, and they denied him because he didn't have enough of a posting history. The written rules said only that he needed ten reviews to his name, nothng about posting history, so there are obvioulsy other rules that come into play. As for perks, like the other guys said, What perks are you looking for? I guess the only one is being able to post and read on the PO board. Good Luck
I replied back and was told that the rules to get on the PO board aren't posted or discussed, so wtf? Then how will I know when I am eligible to get on the PO board? Confetti and trumpets? Yeah the guys that I have seen don't want to write reviews, mostly judgmental of who is going to be looking at the info and most of them are newbies to the whole scene. Trust me, I've worked hard for those 3, and I come here for a lil support and to not be an illegitimate backpage ho and I gets no luv... I see antibiotics and $60 specials in my future... JK! LOL!
Not too sure what the perks would be, it's fun posting msgs to folks and reading and gaining info, but from the initial denial email, "the powers that be" made it seem like I needed to do more than post and respond to various boards? IDK it's all so weird! The follow up email was no better, stating there are other factors that come into play... Geez. I knew I shoulda stuck with Girl Scouts.
... and i'm usually pretty active. As stated access into the PB is a privilege not a right because you have 3 reviews. Maybe wait until you have a few more reviews and a little more presence around the board.
I don't see a lot of other perks here outside of the obvious..... We post on boards, we post our Ads, we get private messages. And you can have reviews. Oh, and we put TER'S logo on OUR website. Yep. That is pretty much about it. And for this I pay $30 a month. So.......
As far as the provider only board I'm on no fast track to get in. I couldn't care less. I have other things to do. There are other -not -to -be -mentioned -here -review boards and provider only sites as well as email that I can use to contact providers if I so care to

on the PO or RO boards. I think some seasoning is a factor in this case and there should be a minimum time period for entry into both boards. 3 reviews IMHO is not nearly enough because most providers have 3 friends that could whip up a few reviews in a flash.
WOW! I did post this on the Newbie board for the simple fact that I did not know and would appreciate some guidance; hence my enthusiasm to join the PO board, but now, I'm not too sure if I am gonna get bashed for a question by a more "seasoned" provider! My reputation as a provider may not be well established, according to this site and their standards, but trust, I can hold my own. Me posting on this board or any for that matter should show my character and I have been actively posting and getting to know the community for well over a month now. I am willing to pay my dues just like everyone else, I was simply asking what more is there since there are such vague rules about it. Have a happy holiday babe, sorry my thread rubbed you wrong!
I, and I think some of the other posters were trying to help you. If you have some questions, feel free to PM me. I will try to help you get everything straightened out. As the newbie mod, Inam here to help.
discontent with TER, its policies, practices, etc. as if you are anti-authority. This community functions quite well in many areas of the country although TER is not the gospel is some localities; it is strong in DC.
You appear to be struggling with TER as a resource for hobbyists and a source of information for providers as well. Have you read the self-help manul (see the lifesaver top right), read several pages of both the newbie board and your regional board? I doubt it.
