RE: Frequently Asked Questions

I'll second everything Zangari said above and add that I don't bother to read quoted reviews on a provider's site. Why? Because they are only going to be positive and they don't contain the juicy details. If your site sparks my interest, I'll go find your reviews.  A simple link lets me know you have them.

When I visit a provider's site, what I want to know is: 1) What does she look like? and 2) What are her rates/packages?  It's nice to read a little bit about her, but I'm more interested in the kinds of services she provides than her interests or hobbies.

My website is in its final stages (finally) and I wanted to know what are some last minute questions you gents often have before pulling the trigger.

I tried to put myself in my client's shoes and addressed questions on how my service works (since its a bit different from most escorts), screening, the fears clients may have about privacy (in correspondence, my dress for outcalls etc), availability, reviews, etiquette and location.

What are some questions you would like to see addressed when viewing a ladies' site? What are some things that should be left out

When I first hit your site, I thought I was on the Food Network.  You make a clever connection between gourmet food & premium sex, but your website could use an edit.  It's smart but wordy, and overestimates the attention span of the average horny male. OTOH, your price range rules out most of them.  Your site reminds me of Rose, the Chimerical Nymph.

You = High end escort.  Start there instead of You = Gourmet Chef in the kitchen.  Be clear about the nature of the thing you're selling.  I like your "gourmet restaurant" metaphor, but don't start there & don't overuse it.

On the practical side, I don't understand your pricing strategy.  Your rate starts at $900 for 90 minutes.  Then $1000 for 2 hours.  So only $100 more buys half an hour.  That's a cheap bump for a high end escort.   A 3 hour session jumps way up to $1475.  But a 4 hour session = $1500, so now a one hour bump is only $25.  I'll just buy 1 hour increments at $25, lol.

A prospective client must fill your screening form, then you ask for their screening service.  The double whammy.  Men subscribe to screening services so they don't have to fill out provider forms.  You'll lose a lot of clients right there, so you might reconsider your screening methods.   I hope that helps.  --z

From one New Orleans lady to another, when I first tried to enter your site, it loaded very SLOW. Not sure if you noticed that on your browser but I am using Chrome, so that might be the issue. When I tried to go down the page, it kept bumping back up. Pics are beautiful, metaphor with food is excellent, colors are great, and it's very elegant. Only thing though...it is ONE page. That means a guy has to scroll down that thing to find the information he needs vs. being able to click on different options like "Home," and "Rates."

You can't expect these boys to read much, but that also might be part of what you want to attract...men who freaking READ bwahahhaa.  Guys want pictures, rates, and where you are located, and they want that information easily found. I can't tell you how many guys can't even read a 3 sentence ad, and get that right so expecting many to read so much on a website, is almost an impossible feat.

If you are not looking for bulk clients and get rich quick schemes, I would not change anything about your screening methods, because that is what makes YOU comfortable and safe, and allows you to give 100 percent during your dates. You can't exactly do that if you're wondering the entire time, "What's this guy going to do?"

OTOH, if you ARE looking to market yourself to the boys on TER, they are not going to submit to many of the things you require.

I don't agree with most of what she says, but I'll give her credit for being able to make money off of dispensing such advice.  lol

My suggestions....

Clarity
- Make your rate structure clear and simple.
- Specify standard durations (1-hr, 90-min, 2-hrs, etc)
- Specify donations based on GFE only vs GFE + Meal (assuming DATY is not filling - lol)
- Make clear that you offer GFE as a stand alone option. I know you prefer the cooking angle but few men would pay north of $600 to have dinner with a woman and part ways. We also tend to over-allocate the donation to the good side vs the sex, thereby experiencing sticker shock. Example: She's charging $300 for a meal only half of which I will eat?
- In the past I hesitated to book because your rate structure was confusing.

Beauty
- Show your best photos esp. in your sundresses
- Smile

Flexibility
- Explicitly allow screening via P411 and Date-Check
- Make your site mobile friendly and HTML friendly. Don't use FLASH.
- Be more friendly in tone. You have a lot of "don'ts" that are offputting. Also I get the sense you've had some bad dates.
- Decide: Reviews or No Reviews. There is no middle ground. Given you are effectively advertising on TER and seeking help from TER members (aka reviewers and readers of reviews) you should accept review in whatever form they appear. Instead, focus on your SERVICE to each client.

I agree with all of these points, starting with the comment about not using flash.  I primarily use a tablet and can't see your site at all, which would result in me moving away immediately.

I can't see the actual site because of this, but know from the past you have some extremely intrusive screening requirements.  It sounds like you work to explain your requirements but hope you have added some flexibility.

I love your website concept and originality. Just could use some some tweaking as the others have already said. You are a very lovely young lady and I wish you much success.
:-)

the price structure.

One big omission that you better fix quickly is that you don't have an interactive TER logo.  If you want to have the site linked to your posts, you need to get that done ASAP.  Instructions on how to do that are in the Self-Help/Newbie Manual.

Again, not saying I am 100 percent right on that, but I see it so often I just figured that was something they did not mind. If you copy the entire review, maybe another story. I do wonder why so many name and service changes, because that's the only part that did not line up for me. The one review in 2011, then nothing again until 2012, and nothing since then. The quoted reviews appear as if they were public at one time on TER, but not sure. She may have just taken some time off and moved, so that's a logical reason for review gaps. Or, she was Tabitha Arcenaux then changed to "Cook" because of the Gourmet aspect.

I like how she does the meals, because I've never heard of any other escort doing them the way I do. Of course, her guys eat before and mine eat AFTER bwahahhaaha. I think it's a great image, nice marketing tactic, but the site needs to be a few pages vs. just one where you have to read all the way down.

I think when we see it the only reason the girl is getting away with it is because TER isn't paying attention.  Until they do (usually, I suspect, because someone tattles).   Of course, we all know that the rules are are consistently enforced inconsistently.

I recall she posted on the boards years ago and her site about privacy stuff, so I can understand why a provider would have a lapse in reviews or not many....sometimes some providers have to be extra discreet for their real like...and especially if they're not really into them, don't see TER guys that much or men who don't review often, etc. they won't have many reviews...anyway, I need to renew my VIP asap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! night xoxo

when I started researching going online! I loved your old website (I think I saw it two or three years ago), and was convinced that if I were a guy I would definitely want to see you. Excellent concept! I recently made a beautiful meal for a special man, and really enjoyed the whole thing, so much so that I have considered making it part of my own offerings, but it just doesn't make sense to me to do it if I don't have an incall, so I gave up the idea. At least until I feel an incall makes sense to do.

I agree with having a few pages instead of one long one- it gives people options. They can "cut to the chase" to see if you are even in their ballpark rate-wise, but then you have more material to read for those who really wish to connect. I also agree about the flash thing: on my web stats, the top two browsers used are IE and Safari, so when it is Safari, I am presuming it is a mobile machine, and flash won't show. Also, for "equipment used", the top three are Windows 7, Mac, and iPad, so iPad visitors comprise a significant portion of my visitors. I would lose a huge percentage of those by not having an iPad-compatible site. Something to consider.

Your photos are gorgeous!! Love, love, love them. I disagree with the comments about wordiness- I think it serves to cut out many who couldn't appreciate all you have to offer. ;)

As for FAQs, that is something I always wonder about too. I don't have a specific page for FAQs, but try to anticipate, like you, what information may be needed. And that's actually the only question you asked, so I'd like to apologize for my unsolicited comments. :)  From the comments made here, it appears as though you could perhaps make it more clear whether you offer time together without the meal.

I like this one as well. This look is elegant tho it would help to have more pages, then if the words are spread out among more comments, it won't appear as wordy to some guys.

I like your current photos, but some of your old ones in the kitchen were sexy too. The one leaning on the kitchen counter, hot. Also the one of your ass in the agent provocateur panties was hot too...they're all hot, keep up the good work! :)

One thing to fix tho, and London brought this up, as I scroll down the page, it bumps me back up. I'm using safari, she used chrome. hope that helps!

Java Script requirements will block users who won't use Java. There are many (I am one) due to issues java can cause.  Flash requirements will block mobile users (Many men surf on their smartphones instead of home computer.

Just a couple of thoughts.

I am aware of all the holes in the CURRENT site. If my website were in its final stages, why would it be active for you all to see? As for the current websites content, it is not in violation of TER because the quotes are not from there. I have since removed the reviews and will likely be delisting very soon as I move closer to leaving the business.

Anyways, this question was about FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS about my NEW site

Oh, I'd like to clarify that I rarely use TER as a place to hang out and advertise because PMBs can become a time vacuum. Hobbyists in general make up a modicum of my clientele base. I completely understand and respect that most hobbyists are less interested in long term relationships and care more about variety, lower prices, "menus", writing that review and moving on to the next session. You are the client and have all the options in the world. ;-)

Most of my clients are new to seeing escorts, can afford my rates and like long term arrangements. With that said, I realized I asked the wrong "market" for advice but thought I'd give it a shot.

Thank you for reading & responding.
