Hi, this is my first time using TER and so far I am liking it. Im just looking for a few tips for a starter. What are some things to look for/avoid in finding the right girl to accompany you for an hour? also, I am a bit nervous to call and set up appointment and am a bit nervous to actually meet the girl I choose. Is it awkward to pay someone to have sex you have never met before? One more thing, I know I will definitely not last for an hour due to how beautiful some of these girls are. Do they allow you to go for a second time around or is it one and done? If anyone could help me out thatd be great, thanks

You need to read thru the self help section. Its the link at the top right of the page. It contains extremely helpful info to get you started. Also pony up for vip membership. This will allow you to read reviews and provider profiles that will let you know what to expect from each lady, like if you get more than one shot in an hour. Do all this and follow what may be the most important rule: ONLY see well reviewed providers to ensure the best possible experience. I was where you are not long ago and the above mentioned items gave me knowledge, confidence and a great first experience. Good luck and have fun.

To become VIP, you have to submit like 2 reviews but if you can't even become VIP you don't have references so how can you become VIP that way?

You pay for it.  You get 15 VIP days free for each accepted review that you submit.  You also can get free days by submitting problem reports.  For each one that is approved, you get 2 VIP days.
