It SHOULD mean that for x rate you get an all inclusive GFE wth the exception of certain things like CIM and Greek... some girls offer that in a GFE, but some don't.

Then, you have your upsell girls where the posted rate is hiked up for every damn thing you want, including sex or even a bbbj, after you've handed over the money... read reviews before you take the plunge, because that happens often with low rate providers.

With maybe an upcharge for Greek.  

Someone who shows up for a flat fee, then asks for more for services is a classic upseller.  How do you find out what to expect? Get VIP here and read reviews! Without VIP you won't be able to see their rates, ratings, services offered, or read the juicy details. You need that to make an informed choice. 30 bucks a month is a very small investment considering what you will spend per hour for a provider.

Also read the self help center. You can find that by the life preserver at the top right of the board.

And he is right, a reputable provider, that is one who is well-reviewed or established, whose rate is given will provide all her services for that rate.  There are many that do charge more for Greek, but that is usually indicated somewhere.  Also, as stated, many will not allow CIM, and that is usually stated as well.

Remember, you are just paying for her time, anything that happens is just a bonus, but if you have done your research properly, you should know what you can expect.  The self help center has lots of great info for everyone.  For research, VIP is very much needed, otherwise, you will not see her rates, and the services she provides on her profile, nor will you be able to read the juicy details of her reviews.

I sympathize with the questioner. I delayed my start in the hobby because I'd read too much that the stated fee was just to say hi. Getting TER VIP solved everything. Good move that I wish I'd made sooner.
