I saw a provider who had been on my radar for some time. She had many reviews. During this time of indecision on my part she has changed her name and web. Should I post a review under the old listing or create a new one under the name she goes by now?

Then post the review to the one presiding after the merge. That will be her original TER provider profile #.

Yep... if you browse enough reviews you'll eventually see a couple that are listed with one name '/' another name, etc. They may not always keep all names, but the point of the community is to protect everyone's safety by not allowing hobbyists or providers to escape their past by coming up with new identities. Sure, a provider can request and get delisted. But, save that I think it's important to have everything out there.

From the OP, it doesn't sound as if there is more than one profile currently. She just changed her name and web, but no new reviews since that change.

So to the OP: post your review using her CURRENT information. After TER creates a new profile, you can report a problem to have the two profiles merged, provided you can give evidence they really are the same person. If different name and web address, they may not accept it is same provider. If the old web addy is still accessible and has pics which match the current, that should probably do it.
