I am relatively new to the hobby and I've noticed something happening to me frequently and I'm not quite sure how to handle it.  During a session, after going through DFK, BBBJ and DATY, I seem to cum very quickly once the vaginal sex begins.  After I cum, my providers continue moving up and down.  I don't know whether they just don't know that I've cum (I try to moan when I do) or, are they enjoying it and are trying to cum themselves?  I've found myself quietly saying to them that "I came" and they stop.  But, if they are in the process of trying to cum themselves, I certainly don't want to be rude - I'd prefer to continue as long as I physically can and give them the opportunity.  What should I do?  How do I handle this?  Thanks for any advise!
