Well, It's a shot in the dark to say the least.  Does she have a website? Has she been around for a while? Have you tried Googling her phone number to see what comes up?

The first concern is obviously eliminating the possibility that it's a sting. The second is trying to figure out if she is any good.  One of the best looking women I was ever with turned out to be one of the worst experiences I ever had...

Have only one experience with a provider and was interested in an escort with no reviews on another site (site name removed by Mod).  She has had decent contact back ie reurning my emails about every 2-3 days after I send them through the site.  She is listed as VIP on there site but again as the stated above has zero reviews.  She absolutely looks amazing and think she would be fun but worried about the no reviews.  Any input????  Thanks.

I agree with Bostonguy. Also you need to get yourself a TER vip membership. I have been out of the hobby for some time now but I'm back in full force and the first thing I did was to get a TER vip membership. I always research reviews (and reviewers) on TER first and so far I have had excellent results. My 2 cents.

ok....googled the number and comes back as a land line in Florida but she is operating out of Virginia but is not on tour....  Also googled email, came up with a listing on CV for area advertising outcall/incall.  Her listing does not advertise a personal website.

I would stick away if no personal website. I myself have been looking at a provider with nothing on TER, but she said she had them remove her. I have not taken that chance yet, but I know my provider has been around a few years. I would stick with TER well reviewed providers first

If you are new...  this just has too much risk.  There are way too many scams...  you need to get some experience, then if you want to TOFTT, you'll know what to look for.
