The person doing the reviews set the profile initially. Changes can be made by the provider in the profile. As some things may change over time. Such as rates. But, the review will remain there.
It helps that the guy has 30+ reviews. I probably would feel comfortable trusting it.
I do however also like to check his scoring on the other reviews. If every review gives really high marks, I might be a little suspicious of his standards. Or if they are all of 1 Agency, again suspicion. Or if he was the only reviewer on each of those 35 girls... or if other reviewers on thise girls gave low marks or rip-off warnings.
If there are Agency girls, Independents, and a mix of high and low marks of girls with other reviews, I'd trust the review in question.
