Can newer providers with just a few reviews white list you?  I have a provider that has agreed to white list me, but seems to be having some trouble getting it approved.

I think that whitelisting requires provider VIP, which links her username to her provider profile, but that for those who have that, it's fairly cut and dried. There is an application process for getting provider VIP, so I'm guessing that's what she's having trouble with.
