Just wondering if you really get an hour for your hourly rate?  What if you "finish" quickly ... do you get to go again?  Or do you get to use up the allotted time some other way?

You get an hour for an hourly rate.

"multiple pops" or "MSOG" in the reviews means that the woman allows you to go again if time permits.

Whether she does or not, you get the hour for whatever you want.

You have to read the reviews. If a provider has 5-10+ positive reviews, and nobody mentions getting shorted on time in their review, you know an hour means 60 minutes. No decent escort shorts her customers on time. Occupy the time any way you want, including a second round of sex. If you're lucky, one hour sometimes means 2, 3, 4, 5, 12+ hours. That is a question I usually ask ahead of time if her reviews aren't clear.

I rarely see anyone with no reviews...too risky and have had mixed success..

In my findings, if a woman is open to discussions ahead of time and they seem comfortable, it will be a good session and they wont rush

Usually, an hour is an hour.  I've read reviews where the lady was not, ah... professional, and she might throw a guy out sooner.  But by reading reviews you should be able to get a nice lady.  Also, being a newbie, try getting P411 or RS2K verified to increase your chances of seeing such a lady.
