What is the exact info that admin wants to have from a provider to add them to the "Provider Only Board"? I have submitted at least 5 requests to join the board and they told me I was not sending them the correct info and then once I was added and then removed a few mins later. Please advise. Thanks. It means you have to email them from your email address on file for your TER account. You pass screening purposes because you have the 10+ positive reviews needed to join that board. Try sending an email to [email protected] and explain to them the situation
